Rafffa is making him play a different way, his stats for defending are still good, he's being held back from his usual attacking. I don't think we should be selling one of our best players, Rafffa needs to best the best out of him.Think he's been quite poor for a while so i'm not overly arsed, but not the first i'd have get rid of like, by a long shot.
Naive beyond belief. So there's a statement saying he refused to play.
Furnish us please David.
Please answer DavidNaive beyond belief.
Everyone knows what happended because the manager told us and the player never felt the need to correct him...which any player would accused of that.
Why are you defending this player when he's decided he wants out?
Did you defend Barmby?
#Taps fingers.........Please answer David

Digne is the one pushing for an exit ?Benitez said that Digne ruled himself out with illness, and Digne didn't deny it. Unless we're being conspiratorial, we can assume that this is true then. Digne is the one pushing for an exit.
That'll definitely be partly down to Rafael, but I'd say it's more down to Everton as a club not keeping up with assurances in terms of club progression. He wants to start for France at the world cup, playing for Chelsea in the champions league would make that very likely.
I think it's clear Digne's agent has lined up some "upward" moves for him, and Benitez is happy to cash in on him.
What we do know is that Digne ruled himself out with injury. This was put out there by Benitez and Digne's party didn't deny it.

Yes, but by all accounts this could have been down to public insubordination in training, or even his general poor form. Regardless, it's clear the agent has moved quickly to make some very good potential moves happen. After being punted by the manager first don’t omit.
We were never keeping Digne until retirement. That just wasn’t happening with a player of his profile. So he was going to leave at some point for a profit. That’s how we have to operate as a club. Richarlison and probably DCL will also go at some point. That’s how all clubs apart from perhaps City Madrid and Barcelona operate. Even PSG are under pressure to sell Mbappe because he thinks Madrid are a step up.
We’ve always had an unnatural aversion to selling our good players, all clubs do it though. We’ve actually kept hold of ours a lot longer than most. Since selling Lukaku Stones Barkley, the only first team player we’ve really sold is Gueye and that was for a very good price. Most other mid table clubs would have had Digne Richarlison DCL Docuoure out the door after a season or two to bigger clubs.
The aversion to selling comes from our complete inability to recruit properly. Why would people want to see sales when they don't trust us to reinvest well.We were never keeping Digne until retirement. That just wasn’t happening with a player of his profile.
