Its a sad day to see a good player effectively bullied out of the club and many Evertonian acting like its a good thing. The behaviour from the manager over this has been nothing short of a disgrace. We've lost a good player today and Aston Villa have gained one, and its all been done in the name of the pigs ego.

Nice statement by Digne with some predictable barbs. Good luck to the boy.

As for a couple of his mates liking his post on Instagram, that’s a massive non-event.

However much he loved us and however well he goes on to do for Villa, I firmly believe he’d hit his ceiling with us, so we get a decent fee and we look to the future.

It doesn’t always have to be drama, mates. Unless it’s @davek taking preemptive pot shots at the aforementioned Instagram mates just so he can claim he was against them even before they put their transfer requests in.
