Is he though? He cant defend imo. He's as slow barge. And hasnt looked arsed for a long time. Granted he had a spell his assists were good. But that hasnt been for a while.
Two players i see in this Everton squad you wouldnt want in a fight for wins/points. Iwobi is one. And digne is another for me.
Personaly i think its a good call from the manager. I'd have dropped him a while ago.
This very clearly isn't a form dropping, I agree Digne has been out of form with ages, so has most of the rest of the squad. If you're dropping a player for their form they should still be making the squad especially in front of some of the dross we have on it.

I disagree saying he can't defend and he's slow, he's not the best but he's still serviceable, when given the chance though he's one of our best attacking threats and our best with set pieces by some distance. Digne also cares, I won't have that at all.

I like Digne but ultimately if you crossed Moyes you was oot the door and thats how I want this club to be run - no one is bigger than the manager.

Hopefully he gets back in the team but if not then get a good price for him and bring in a CB & LB who can actually defend.

About time someone laid down a marker at this ‘kin club. Had enough of players walking all over managers.

If the damage is irreparable - what do you think we could get for him? £30m? He is the French national team full back and has age on his side.

Could he be the answer to our FFP issues - allow us to get a replacement in and then another RB as well?

No more than £25m. Simply because I don't think there's a market for him - he's not good enough for the very top clubs and too good for clubs below and around us, who wouldn't be able to afford him anyway.

You're looking at... pffft... Spurs, Valencia, those types; second tier 'big' clubs.

Strange that he was deputy captain
Has he fallen out with Rafas tactics for full backs?
Whatever...no player should be indispensable
But if he goes we need a new left back. Godfrey is a utility back but not a long term left back

Rafael didn’t seem as arsed in the interview as some are making out here? Assuming I’ve seen the same one.

He’ll be back next week.
