Lukaku - Love affair over ?

Morato Higuain and Mandzukic have never been better than Lakaku.

It's easy playing for Juve thr last 7-8 years,Morata averaged 7 goals a season in his 3 season there and they still walked the league,mandzukic has never scored more than 15 a season there and he's been on the wrong side of 30 in his time there and again they walked the league and Higuain is the biggest choker in big finalgames and scored loads against the dross in Serie A walking the league.

I could see Lakaku at Milan though,they are flexing their financial might again.

Higuain has been, and in my opinion is, a better striker than Lukaku. He just simply has more to him.

I know several united fans who all hate it when he plays due to the number of chances he misses, how often he loses the ball, his lack of defending and his awful first touch. I did warn them when they signed him and they were running it in that we are just a selling club.

I’m getting some quiet enjoyment out of how they dislike him and how he is already agitating for a move.

He was better than us at the time, and we had to set our team around him. United didn’t do that for him (especially as mourinho sticks with the style he knows). He hasn’t improved since leaving us and is being found out.

I think they are upset about the fact that he's talking up other clubs as if he's prime Ronaldo. He has no awareness of his own deficiencies.

Fair play to the lad for being consistent. We don’t know what question he was asked do we? What do you think of Juventus big fella? He ain’t going to reply in a way that puts any potential future employer off is he? Whether United fans love him or not, or whether they believe their opinion actually matters at the end of the day. It won’t stop him moving to where he thinks he has the most prospect of maximising his earnings and personal exposure to future riches.

If he moves, or signs an improved deal later this year, it’ll be on his terms not theirs. Rooney held them to ransom twice when taking his slice, it’ll be the same with Rom. Is he good enough? More are United good enough for him at this stage - and I’m talking about stature in the current game rather than relative value - with Raiola at the helm, there will be plenty more comments like this to come from Rom. 99.9% sure
