I dunno about 100%. I'd say closer to 60%. He does clearly enjoy it here, but he'd be turning his back on a club with enough money to compete flat out in all competitions, Mourinho will come under heavy fire if he isn't recalled and played and we've got to rustle up 20-25m for one player, when we need strengthening all over the pitch if we got top 4. It's more than just a footballing decision for him, there's a few hurdles to overcome.
Much like De Bruyne mate in many ways though, he ended where he wanted to be, not the biggest club in the world, but a club who he knew would give him exactly what he wanted at that stage of his career.
Mourinho honestly does not care about what gets written about his decisions mate, Mata showed that, player of the season 2 years running, bang out of favour, bang gone
De Bruyne, brillaint season on loan, top scorer in qualies for a exciting belg squad, not given a chance at chelsea, then bang hes gone too
Lukaku, farmed out on loan after outscoring all chelsea forwards whilst at west brom this year, has openly courted a big name striker purchase in the window, lukaku aint got a prayer of coming in as the starter mate and he has stated hes not willing to be a number 2 or squad player, he wants to start the big games
as we showed this year mate, using free's, intelligent purchases (McGeady) and the loan market we can strengthen the squad in other areas and simple spend the majority on lukaku - and unless its been creativly accounted away we have the money to buy him plus extra without factoring in tv or champs league money that could come in
Mourinho has always had the attitude of if you don't get 100% aboard on his idea and place for you in the team, then your completely done for him, happened at every club he's been at that people very good got moved on to create space for those who got on board the Jose train
