Lukaku. Yes or no

As Nymzee states he is definitely a flat track bully. Only turns up when everything goes right for him. He does look a lot more trim and in shape than he was previously though. He would have no interest in coming back , and we should move on (not that we have shown any interest). We need CM generals, not him.

Coggy he's literally scored 33 goals in 50 games.

To all those that would have him back, what sort of a difference do you think he'll make?

To clarify I would have him back for around 60 million because I would at least like to try and bully the small teams, but most of our problems will still be there. For one we aren't as dynamic as when he was here so basically we'll be booting it long and hoping he or Richarlison can do something with it. The rest of the team are toothless so he's going to be marked more this time around with no other distractions to prevent that. His control is going to be more on show because we have so few attempts and our defence is shaky to say the least against a fast counter attack. You know it isn't going to stick 75% of the time which is going to be problematic for us.

He was here and scoring goals when we couldn't win crucial matches and derbies, do we suddenly think that will turn around if he comes back to us...

He might move us on but we'd be no better than 7/8th and we would still be frustrated Evertonians.

If you were to have 3 good players, that may help to attract a 4th, then a 5th, then..

First of all we’re seeing how effective he can be playing with a partner up front rather than being the lone target man. I think him and Richy would be a pretty electric partnership, tbf.

Maybe if we had that kind of strike force, then creative type players might choose us over alternative transfer options because their numbers could be pretty good, too.

All pie in the sky, mind.
