And that team won.?Let down by our inability to surround him with better players.
Would love to have seen him in the Everton side that had Arteta, Cahill, Pienaar, Baines, Fellaini.
They're all scrambling to say nice things about Rom today. Some erse lick called Graham Jones on the radio saying how intelligent and hard working he was in training.
Well, he was a lazy sod at Goodison and at OT so there!
While playing for Everton, Lukaku scored against City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs. I wonder how many other of our recent players have done that.Yes. I don't care about the shouts that he only scores against crap teams or hits a late double in a 4-0 win...
Well, we struggle to score against crap teams and when did we ever look like picking up 4-0 wins in recent times?

I can't remember if he scored against United, so would someone like to clarify that?
I've checked and there's no goals against United unfortunately, however he's scored a few against Leicester. A striker who scores lots of goals, and people moan.Yeah, that's also something often glossed over too.
Has he again added the cream to a scoreline or something?
*Checks news, oh yes. He's done his usual. Can't wait for the no show in the final. (Unless Inter are up 3 goals first...)
I wish we had someone to do that when we're 2-0 up against Newcastle and cruising into injury time. The idea that goals that add to a scoreline are somehow of less worth is a bizarre notion.
