What about that Bojan, he never seemed to improve, infact mate there is probably just as many footballers who don't improve to one's that do, you just don't hear about them, it's not a given that he's going to improve, just likely, and that is based on his actual attitude not the attitude we're lead to believe he has, i have serious issues with his attitude his constant waving his hands about when things don't go his way, he is NOT as good as Bony just yet, we have to be carefull with our money, it's not out of the question that it could backfire

The point is; Lukaku doesn't have to improve to be a very good striker. He already is. If he improves his weaknesses, he'll be a sensational player. Say we spend £20 million on him, and he stays at the same level.... then he'll be a £15 million player. If he improves certain aspects of his game massively though, he'll be world class.

Hence why circa £20 million is a no brainer.

... and Lukaku is a Belgian who thinks he should be a number one striker at a Champions League club. The lad has an ego, and that can be a very good thing as winners do have egos, but lazy people who have egos can become complacent and a liability.

I still have no clue what camp Lukaku falls in. Sometimes he comes across as well spoken, then the next minute he looks like a daft kid full of self-importance.

He then scored 2 in 9 for the RS. He ended up with 13 goals in 28 games which is a slightly worse rate than Rom.

It's a joke comparison.

It's not a no brainer when you've spunked your life savings on a player who is easily marked out of a game when the oppositions manager has him well sussed and you've got no other quality to bring on to change the game because you blew your options by spending everything you had on mr one dimension

Oh, right, so let's just buy 10 £2 million players then. Roberto wants him. So do the majority of EVERTON fans. Pipe down.

@hafnia @Tubey

Which forwards of sinilar age would you prefer over Lukaku?

@hafnia you seem to want a neymar type?

@Tubey you seem to want to sign several players instead of making a big signing highlighting the moyes approach of buy low and sell high. However yhis just gets youbto a glass ceiling

Why do they have to pick a striker at the same age that is very unfair of you get over his age for gods sake

Bony is 25, would have him in a heartbeat. Has an all round game. Operates very well outside the box, works hard, excellent in the air, scores goals.

In all seriousness if we got Wellbeck for £10m he would represent great value, he's not one for the fan boys but I think given a continued role up front he would score goals. I enjoyed the way he took the game to Bayern Munich.

If Bony is this good, why don't Chelsea sell this useless heap of footballer Lukaku and buy the ready made version?
