£20m is the price that has been discussed in this thread the whole time, i don't really care what Chelsea might rate him at (i've seen no actual proof), the discussion has pretty much always been around whether or not he's worth £20m.

Ok to make it clear though I am going of the reports that they want 40m euros for him

How there can even be debate on Lukaku astounds me when not two seasons gone by we had to endure the likes of Anichibie and Straquilirsi up front and before that Offside Jo.
15-20 goal a season 21 year old striker not good enough for Everton to smash their transfer record....my arse.

Fair point. In my opinion, in these daft days in football, (Xavi off to somewhere in a desert for £6.5m netto a year), £20m is a fair price for a young, semi-proven striker. Semi-proven insofar he scores goals, (ace), but could improve other aspects of his game.

There going to want more than a 2m profit imo

Also they need to sell high so they can spend and keep n line with ffp

Think the debate is more to do with how much is he worth. £20m seems a fair price to me considering his goalscoring potential despite him being flawed in various ways. The higher it gets above that the worse the deal gets for us and I wouldn't really want us spending £25m on him as surely there's better value out there.
