Surely Chelsea won't be daft enough to sell him now. He has weaknesses but he could still make a massive impact for them if they used him correctly.

Mourinho just doesn't rate him apparently. Plus if they're getting Costa will he be happy sitting on the bench?
 
Ronaldo has improved in pretty much every area since he was 20. To say players can't improve control at 20 is wrong IMO. Controlling a ball under pressure and controlling a football in warm up etc is very different. As he gets older and gets more experienced he will handle the pressure and learn that he can make things easier for himself by doing slight things that will give I'm a split second more or give him a little more space and this will show in an improvement in touch and ball retention .

You only have to look at players Jose has let go already since he's been back at Chelsea to see that if Jose doesn't rate you, whatever your age, ability or fan status you will be out of the door!!

He prefered Ba, etto and a has been Torres last season, I think that says it all!!

Chelsea fans worshipped Mata even more, player of the year for the last two years, yet he was sold and little or no negative comment from the supporters.

Other than flashes Chelsea fans have seen little or nothing from him in a Chelsea shirt. What they have seen and heard is that there is something not right in the relationship between the player and the manager.

If the price is right he will be sold in a blink of the eye.

Mourino wants far more from a striker than what he produced at Everton and indeed West Brom. Of course goals are key but for Mourino demands his forward players to link play better than Lukaka can, have a far better first touch, close down, defend and for all the very good points Lukaka isn't yet, and possibly never will be that player.
 
I'm sure Martinez has other options, but it's a dangerous game waiting for Lukaku. Could end up with no Lukaku and the other options already gone elsewhere.

I see Spurs are now heavily linked with Batshuayi. I'd definitely take a punt on him at 8 million.
