I think personally that it's a case of Rom is on his Holls till Thurs/friday. Even if he were to sign last week, he's not gonna be here to be unveiled. Given he's gonna be our record signing, he kinda needs to be here to be unveiled.

my brother's going to belgium tomorrow and he said if he sees rom he will try and convince him to join us, i also told him to try and convince him to grow his dreads back, but he said that may take a bit of time, i also asked him to bring me back a waffle, but i changed my mind and decided to settle on asking him to convince rom to come back .... even though he was going to do that anyway.

Chelsea are not one of the "fewer than 20" clubs being formally investigated by Uefa over possible FFP breaches. However, Telegraph Sport learnt last month that the club could be investigated to verify their claim that more than £16m of their 2012-13 losses were exempt under FFP rules. That may still leave them needing to lose no more than around £4.5m this season to comply with the regulations next year.
