Part of FFP is to ban third party ownership within three years.

I thought he was returning today, I think its widely reported hes due to meet with Chelsea Wednesday?

I personally think if it doesnt happen tomorrow we have made a stupid mistake.

It probably means in that case we sign him on the last day of the window, which is, meh.

I have to admit that right now all of the signs seem to be pointing to us. The fact that we've had soundbites from Osman, Naismith, Kenwright, Atkins & Roberto himself multiple times in recent weeks seems to speak volumes when you consider that both Chelsea & Rom have been very quiet on the flipside.

There may very well be another significant turn, but with every passing day now you get the sense Rom is edging closer and closer to the exit door at Chelsea, and when he does we'll almost certainly be his next destination. If he ends up going to another club outside of the current 'elite' I would be astounded, not to mention a tad miffed.

Still, quietly confident though personally like.
