Wanna follow up on my last post to also say that it's clear the lid fits right in at Everton, both on and off the pitch. I am guessing we will loan him for a few million like last season, with an option to buy next season. Leaving us this summer's "kitty" to spend on quality (if available) to strengthen the squad further. Sounds good in theory.

It makes no sense to Chelsea to loan him with a selling price, in 12months hes in the last year of his contract.

I would cry if we loaned him, we either buy him or we buy somebody, ive no issue with loaning a back up striker or anybody else for that matter, but we really need to buy a god damn striker.
