So because an article in AS appears, that confirms he's going and everyone who thought he was coming here was deluded.

If Chelsea loan him again, he will have just one year left on his contract this time next year. Meaning his sale price would be less, and couldn't Lukaku buy himself out of his contract then?

Anyway, I think Chelsea would be mad to loan him again. And I think Lukaku would be better off staying in the Premier League, and would almost definitely get better wages from a PL team.
 
Still think IF THE MONEY IS INDEED IN PLACE, then we will sign him. If he would sooner be farmed off on loan again by Chelsea then that is his perogative. Why any top player would accept that baffles me.

For me though there is Everton and then nothing so I am biased, but I really believe it benefits him as much as us if he signs long term.
