yep, so obvious. he told martinez to be a more direct manager this season, getting defenders to lump the ball to him instead of passing around like last season, as he needed to improve his target man aspects. he also told martinez to add ferguson to the coaching staff to get him to work one on one on improving these aspects in preparation for his move to "a big club" like west ham.
