Only 1 goal off last seasons tally (more games played with the Europa I know) but still something for the boo boys to think about.
I think we can be too critical en masse sometimes. The lad's a good player who's had crap form co-inciding with the rest of the team.
Still managed a good goals to game ratio too.
The lad is 21 playing in the most difficult position on the pitch. Yes; we know he's not worth £28m but would people want us to go back to Jelavic Anichebe and Vaughan etc? No, thought not!!

You're worth as much as somebody is willing to pay. For us, right now he's well worth the money.
He might miss some chances he should score at times but what strikers don't? End of the day his strike ratio for us is good he will always score goals. He's only 21 and imagine if he got more service how many goals he would score......
I think so mate. He had that shot blocked at the start of 2nd half then was holding back of left leg and got subbed 2 minutes later

He's the player we've needed for a while. He scores goals and is happy to play up front on his own.
He's had bad form. The team's had bad form..I'm not happy about it but it happens.
I like the lad.
