Lukaku

Lukaku didn't put his price tag on his head, that's not his fault, the thing that has infuriated me about him is what his agent said about if he was in charge of him at the time of his transfer he wouldn't of joined Everton totally belittling us, he could have came out and said something to quell those thoughts, especially as he has 7 goals in open play this term.

The other infuriating thing is our fans who think we could turn a profit on him.

As I asked before has he put in 1 single 28 million pound performance this season?

He's 21 though mate. If Lukaku was 27, he'd have cost £15m, and we wouldn't be as bothered.

We paid for potential. If he doesn't improve, then he'll be a waste of money, but hopefully he can improve. I think we really need a playmaker. Through balls here are almost as rare as solar eclipses.

Also, he had service. Knew that lazy excuse would be trotted out again. Two chances he should have taken first time on the bounce, and a third where he stupidly roamed offside and still missed from six yards after not taking it first time.

Just grim.

why is it always down to 'lack of passion' when someone has a bad game ?

whatever happened to just having a bad game because you were off form ?

lukaku tried, he just had a poor game.
No the effort was lacking today.
If he had put a shift in today he would have ripped coates and brown apart

How he's managed 19 this season with the absolute tosh he's been served up this season from the likes of Coleman and Barkley, I have no idea.

Not at the races today, but he's never going to look great against a team that has 11 behind the ball and has 2 players on him at all times when the service is as horrific as it has been this season. He's a finisher. Give him chances and he scores, give him a chance to run at players and he's a big threat there. He's not going to be at his best when man marked all game and given barely any hope of actually getting a chance to do his job as a striker by his team mates.

Thought he was poor today.
Needs a goal to get some confidence in him, as there's bits and pieces there which are great but aren't combining for a comprehensive performance

League he has been awful, Europe he has been exceptional.

Problem is there's 38 games in the league, so he's been by and large awful.

Thought he was crap again today, he's so boss and crap at the same time it makes me brain hurt, koff Lukaku.
