No, iirc was a grade 3 hamstring tear and then just as he had recovered from that and about to play a game he fractured his fifth metatarsal.

Yeah I forgot he'd broke a toe. When they've been out so long like his initial break these problems do seem to mount up afterwards, hopefully a good preseason should set him on the right path.

...I have to say that in the modern game where players can make a fortune on a Bosman I'm amazed. I also have to say that I'm delighted. I can only compare it to Delph signing a new contract for Villa. The arrangement seems very sensible in loaning him out but from the clubs perspective it means we get a fee if he leaves.
