Probably because he's their player mate. Also I haven't heard Arsenal say the are desperate to get rid of him, the only one making noises is the lad himself.

Probably excited when looking at our current options.
It's not as simple as that because we're in crap street with FFP and no one was willing to buy Kean so we had no choice as we needed to get wages off the books. Arsenal aren't in that position and they have never said they wanted to get shut of the lad. I reckon a loan deal will be sorted at the last minute but Arsenal will want an obligation to buy included.

I actually think this lad is a very talented RB, but I’m loathe to pay big bucks for a full back & I have doubts about this lads character. A loan would be ideal but I’m not surprised if he’s been persuaded to stay.
