WTF are you on about. Yeah i think Dyche is a crap manager and a tosser but never do i want to lose a match no matter who is in charge. Do one you absolute nobody.

I want us to play our best team today and try and win, same as i do every game.

Soooo transparent.

As far as I can see the only person arguing that we should throw the game is *checks thread* you.
If you checked the thread like you said you'd find nothing of the sort. I said rest up players. If we win or draw then we win or draw against the odds with a team rested up.

We stand a far better chance of beating Forest at home than City away.

Only the most clueless write City off today (or those looking for something to beat Dyche with). They are overwhelmingly favourites to win. We dont do anything like the amount of attacking you need to do to trouble them as other clubs have done.

Move on to Sunday. This game is lost as far as Ilm concerned.

0-1

Not going to be a good watch. But hope we can frustrate and nick a goal from a corner or free kick.

If we can hold out Chelsea and Arsenal we can beat these.

If they’d lost their last couple of games, I’d expect a lethargically efficient loss here. But when you are extending form tables back this far and they are the still the worst team in the division, why not actually have a bit of confidence for a change.

It’s not just their historically bad run that would need to end today. It would have to coincide with our run of (almost) defensive perfection ending.

This is Man City. Away. They have world class players.

There's only one realistic outcome.

Forest at home is a much easier prospect.

No one going into this - even with City in the doldrums - expects anything other than a defeat.
Not on current form. Can’t be giving easily giving away the points when we may end up with nothing vs Forest anyway. We are in a position where we have to fight for every point and not pick and choose games. I recall Lampard, going with a second string team to Bournemouth a few years back in the Caribao, as we had the in the league the following Sunday where he was going to field his first choice 11. We got tonked in both games.

Well sadly we’ve forfeited the right to have any free hits by failing to beat any one of Bournemouth, Leicester, Fulham, Brighton, West Ham, Brentford or Southampton.

Forest are in a false position.

They'll finish about 10th if they're lucky.

Just recently Newcastle, Arsenal and City battered them, and they're getting a win by the odd goal in 2 of their last 3 wins.

They'll get a real test and then some at Goodison.

We'll win that game if we keep players like Ndiaye fit to add some thrust to our attack as we keep another clean sheet.

Today we'll be beaten. End of story.

Some not seem to be taking in that Forest are attacking like mad and might actually attack better than City at present. Plus they have the 3rd best away record, with only Chelsea and Liverpool been better. You go in to no game resting players for what you class as an easy next game. No game is easy when you dont score. Plus resting your so called better players and possibly getting beat heavier, would not gain the squad confidence

Regardless of what some posters post, I would imagine for all of his flaws and limitations, Dyche isn’t in a charitable mood to give a full 3 points away (even if that’s the most likely result)
