Some not seem to be taking in that Forest are attacking like mad and might actually attack better than City at present. Plus they have the 3rd best away record, with only Chelsea and Liverpool been better. You go in to no game resting players for what you class as an easy next game. No game is easy when you dont score. Plus resting your so called better players and possibly getting beat heavier, would not gain the squad confidence

Very true and in my book at present Forest is a tougher game than City and you can forget about the odds, I bet city have been favourites to win many of their recent games but have come unstuck. Everton for at least a draw but wouldn’t surprise me if we had a good win today.

I agree with an awful lot of what has been said about this game. City are in a state of utter chaos, they were a team of pure class now they seem vulnerable to any form of pressure at all. My overriding thoughts on this one are that City are the perfect team for Everton to be playing today, we can’t score a goal to save our lives but they can’t stop teams scoring. If we set up right, pressed them high up the pitch and committed men forward they look like they would crumble again.
However we are the perfect team for City to be playing right now, we won’t try to hurt them, we we concede ground and the ball to them to allow them to knock it about and gain a bit of confidence. I have no doubt that Pep is telling his players that this is a free go for them, Everton can’t or don’t want to score goals, go out and enjoy yourselves, take that extra touch, relax and let the football flow.
It will be interesting to see how Sean Dyche elects to play, if we don’t have a go at City then I have concerns about how the rest of the season will go.
