….without being pedantic, the poll asks if folk are happy that he’s our Manager ‘so far’. Its an odd question, you either agree or disagree with him being Manager.

i don’t think he should be our Manager.

Perhaps @Death meant to ask if posters are happy with the ‘performance of the team & Manager so far’. I would certainly have answered that with a yes, we’ve done very well.
 
Hes been here 10mins - people need to calm down on the adulation. After disrespecting us before - He needs to earn respect from us - hes done nothing yet. His buddies are at our gaff in 8 weeks. Let's see how he handles that, if he wins as an Evertonian celebrates like an Evertonian which includes having a dig at them he'll have earned respect from all Evertonians. If he cries and waves to them hes dead forever or will he be fogiven that too???

Come on mate how did he disrespect us?

He said we played like a small club he didn't say we WERE a small club that comment gets taken out of context all the time.

Football fans are precious we sing songs about his weight but moan if he bites back...

Thats fine mate we goad each other in football its tribal. If he can goad us whilst employed by them he can goad them whilst being paid by us.

Agree with all that Eggs. Didn't want him as manager myself and still finding it difficult to come to terms with it. But went with the cheese option, probably because overall I'm happy with the results and the way he has us playing. Still a long season and some hard games to come, but that was the first real test yesterday and I was very pleased with the way it went.

But the OP came out with an absolute lie about Benitez not being appreciated on here which is a joke. I mean you don't get much more emphatic than 85% do you. Then he comes up with some moronic comment about people supporting the manager being told on here that they aren't real fans. I haven't seen one personally and I'd be surprised if there were more than a handful which were probably said in jest anyway.

Mr Death is just stirring the pot Eggs, so it's not really an odd question. Pretty sure he knew exactly what he was saying. ;)

Yeah. I'm going to have my poll question to be a complicated paragraph to suit your agenda.

Or I'm going to ask people are they happy with Benitez so far. Simple question.

I asked at the start of the season are they willing the gove him a chance and the results where the same as this.
 
I voted yes, I read the question along the lines of performance so far as a poster eluded to earlier. He would have been the last person I picked but seems to be doing well. I will back him for the good of the club/team, he will win me over if hew can win something. I know that is highly unlikely so I`m fairly safe!!! ?
