We were the better team, they had moments of possession but never really got near us.

When we started moving the ball about like we did, I was transported back to being a young lid and watching us dominate teams.

Top performance tonight, dogged defending and quality going forward. Ossi and Cahill could have had spectacular goals, classy 2nd one. Not one player had a bad game, one or two were quieter than others but certainly not bad. Just need to keep away from further injuries or suspensions. A few of the boys started to look a bit leggy towards the end.

Strange thing is we could as easily finish 4th as we could 8th, so tight for each place but we are the form team, everyone must be fearing playing us!! COYB

I've miss both our win against them. Looks like it's working.
 

We backed off for 15 minutes and may have been caught out by Tevez who looked sharp more than once.
Our defensive work wasn't the best and a bit sloppy at times. but overall we played decent stuff.

The days of hoof ball seem to be well and truly behind us this season, and the press have started giving us the respect we deserve.

Great work by Rodwell for the 2nd goal.

Just seen it, it was a goal of champions that one. Saying to City, now sit the **** down, were Everton. Get it?
