I thought we were pretty good today. Take the penalty for them out and the subsequent rebound it's a tight game on chances and take out that late break they had because we were opened up chasing it probably edged to us. Tough to be mad at the team or manager. Time to get VAR in though. That kind of stuff is a joke and Palace were robbed today by it as well.

I'd say only Coleman really struggled which is tough to see but he just doesn't have the technique for this style of play. His left foot is awful and prevents him from moving the ball where it needs to go quickly. Not sure Kenny is a better option but teams are targeting that area now.

This is Everton! When we start to belive that we can punch above our weight, we collapse! Walcott was awful, as was Coleman. Those who can stand tall and sleep well is Keane, Pickford, Sigurdsson and Kouma. The rest was crap. Good night!

Sure this has been done to death but I’ve not read.

What’s the deal with retrospective diving bans now? Has it been scrapped?

Most I can tell , Niasse is the only one to ever get banned for it, and there was clear contact.

Last I saw it mentioned it was just “Everton , that”

For a few games don't see anything of Walcot, second goal is all his when he can't see Seamus is all alone with two MU players on his side. Maybe to much respect for MU and Richarlison should go on the wing earlier. Pickford was great, penalty was given by referee, but it's good to see we are even on stats at Old Trafford. Hope, with some time together and few more players, this team could really be something.

To sum the game up.

Someone said on here early on that martial against Coleman would really rewards for him. He scored over on that side.

Someone said on here we would get a pen also to balance up . We did

Predictable result in the end but much better showing than in recent years so plenty to be positive about.

The refs are against us every time we play at OT, so we need to play twice as hard just to get a tie and even more so for a win.

At least we didn't get hammered today by Barcelona with a Suarez hat-trick like Real Madrid did.

We’re a ‘best of the rest’ team...bog average. That reality will never change
We were easily as good as Arsenal and United. The results didn't go our way but performance wise we were not overmatched at all. I don't think we can stick with City or Chelsea but then again who across Europe really can?
