For a few games don't see anything of Walcot, second goal is all his when he can't see Seamus is all alone with two MU players on his side. Maybe to much respect for MU and Richarlison should go on the wing earlier. Pickford was great, penalty was given by referee, but it's good to see we are even on stats at Old Trafford. Hope, with some time together and few more players, this team could really be something.
They were tenth in the League before we played them for a reason. They are rubbish mate.

Think this is one of those games we have to just put behind us and move on.
Plenty to be angry and frustrated about, but dwelling on that won’t change much here.

Richarlison was anonymous up front and spends far too much time on his backside for a lad of his size. Don’t think he’s ready for the no.9 position at the moment.

Coleman looked a mess at times, really needs to up his game.

Walcott made some good runs but it just never seemed to work for him.

On the plus side, Pickford was excellent. Nothing more he could do for the pen and Martials goal was top class. Our MOTM for me.

Gomes great range of passing and tidy footwork. Not sure on him defensively, but I’m sure there’s more to come.

Here is my boiled down to the bone critique of Everton now we have had a good few games.

1.We spent a shed load of cash and we are better for it. We can play some football now. Well done lads. Who knows we may even get seventh.

2.We need to spend a shed load more money on players that will further improve the team again if we are ever going to be able to match the top teams.

This is football.

Difference between the two sides today was decision making. Ours was sloppy, there's wasn't when they needed it.

We need to sharpen up and have a more decisive approach. Playing more games will only aid that.

I thought we were actually quite poor today in certain areas. Real lack of a cutting edge cost us and again defensively at times we were shaky. Coleman is half the player he was at the moment and i would seriously consider Kenny over Coleman at present.

Gomes a massive plus in the middle of the park. with that in mind i think a CF is a must in January.

Saying all that, the difference between playing them this season and last is night and day, so there are small positives to be taken

..the right CF is a must, we can’t gamble like we did on Tosun. I think Brands will prefer to wait and get the right player in if he’s not available in January.

We were every bit as good they both had to score screamers and goals that were either offside or disgraceful penalties to win the games. Especially today we could have easily won if the breaks went our way. But if all you're willing to look at is the scoreline than yes we stunk.
We didn't stink at all but we were not as good as them, that is why we will finish below both this season.

Another wasteful away day. Given our next three away games, maximum points from our home fixtures between now and Xmas would be very nice, thank you very much.
