Sorry but can't understand the negativity on thus forum in relation to Kean substitutio..of course he is a far more skikful llayer than niasse but the teenager dud not appear to understand what Ferguson demands from a player wearing the Everton shir...I wstched the game on Tv an during the 15 or so minutes Kean was on the pitch I can't remember him offering the sort of attitude demanded by Ferguson and which had been displayed by the rest of the team during the whole game...Niasse did more in the few minutes he was on than Kean did ...the answer is quite simple. .while Ferguson is in charge you work your balls off or suffer the consequences

The only person who should be embarrassed is Kean

He's let himself down under three managers this season alone (Mancini/Silva/Ferguson)

His attitude stinks for someone trying to prove himself in the worlds biggest league
It's not about the player it's about the optics of the move to future players and managers we have to deal with to try and sign. It was a poor decision and should have been handled differently. Don't put him on and create this possible scenario if you can't trust him. Don't drew him for crying out loud. Our transfer options will suffer because of it this move.

....interesting if folk blame Ferguson in the same way they blamed Silva for Kean’s demise
It's so frustrating that we seem on paper to have these wonder kids, pay a premium for them and they expect heaven and earth. Lookman is another example.

I blame the agents TBH the day to day love and care is from the club. But the agents need to step up and say lad k'in take a good look at yourself.

That said I did feel today was a bit harsh and I'm hoping he wasn't used as an example.

Holgate MOM for me thought he played bloody well today!!

What utter crap

Ferguson dragging off a lazy teenager won't effect future transfer dealings or manager appoinments

I don't think it will affect our transfer options one iota.

Delighted with the result but there’s a lot of outcome bias in this thread. We probably should have lost the game and didn’t create a single decent scoring chance. We had injuries etc and did what we could given personnel — Dunc needs praise for coming up with two good strategies — but it’s clear that we’ve had the rub of the green in the last two games. Yes, i know we didn’t get much in the Silva but of the season and some of it comes from working harder. But it won’t last forever and we still need to fix the big medium term issue.

I can understand the disappointment of the Moise Kean fans, but its the boy himself you should be disappointed with. Dunc and the coaching staff (and Silva before that) have obviously identified problems with him, and I'd take their professional judgement over that of any poster on a fan forum. Sorry lads :bye::bye:

Can’t fault any of that today. Holgate centre mid with Davies at an in form Utd. Team decimated with injuries. After they scored thought we were the better team and controlled the game well. Like what I see from Ferguson so far. Need to see how he sets up against the poor teams in and around us now.

I feel the exact opposite; Credit to management.

Sending a message. You work hard and do what I tell you or you're out.
Respect your opinion but disagree. I love strong management. But this was Poor management.

Message should be if you dont work hard you don't get to dress. Only dress players you can trust. Then these ridiculous moments don't happen and the club aren't made to look like fools who either don't know how to buy or don't know how to develop.

Was fairly quick thinking from Ferguson to be that diplomatic about Kean when the Sky interview happened quicker than normal.

Big Statement made to EVERY player at our club about the attitude Dunc wants, you either work hard for the team or you dont play here... Been too many years of watching Everton players look passionless out there..
Dogs of war springs to mind

Wonderful game by Holgate. Good draw. Really poor man management by Dunc with Keane. Embarrassed the whole management team with that move. Mosh, Brands everyone.

We will take care of your son, one if the highest regarded young strikers in Europe, yes we will we will embarass him publicly in the theatre of dreams for no reason. Every agent in Europe noticed what happened today.

I love Duncs spirit his love for the shirt is genuine but he lost sight of the big picture with that move.
No you are wrong .

Disagree, there's a clear message for all to see. No player is bigger than the club; he plays the way he's asked to play or he can play for someone else. He's 19 - does he think he knows better than the manager.

The optics are crystal clear - nothing but the best is good enough
