There's a lot of potential team sheets and formations being posted here.
With Carlo hinting at rotation and 'playing with a different strategy' I'd be truly amazed if anyone on here gets the team and formation correct.
The only thing that can be guaranteed is that whatever team and set up we go with, there'll be certain posters who'll be fuming and predicting complete and utter annihilation as soon as the team is announced. lol

Yes, agreed. With the caveat that Richarlison is more effective on the left or up front than he is on the right.

But Richarlison getting a kick in the pants (not starting) and then coming on in the second half to run at a tiring United back 4, giving DCL a chance to come off 25 minutes early, is the strategy I'm looking at. Keeps them both fresh (as best we can) for the cup tie. Plus Iwobi has shown glimpses of good linkup play with Rodriguez recently, has a bit of pace and can defend less badly than the other possible choices for the right side.

It's a squad game, and we have two other MASSIVE fixtures this month. It's not just this game in isolation.

If we can play like the first half against Leeds then no reason we can't win again away from home...

Expect a few changes here though as rotation is needed with so many games approaching...

Would keep the same team that started against Leeds, but wouldn't be surprised to see Keane back with Mina and Godfrey at LB again with Digne ahead of him.

Digne being able to cover Godfrey but also given free licence to get forward and get balls into the box.

Would pick Allan but think he'll be at best starting from the bench.

That’s not true. Iwobi has been better than Rich for a period of time now. Rich has a much higher ceiling but he’s not coming close to it at the moment. I’d like us to get him back up top for a game or two to see if we can get him firing again.

Holgate hasn’t been very good of late, and Doucs needs at least the little mobility Davies has next to him as Untied will be on the ball a decent amount. Of course, Carlo will do something weird that we all complain about and then ends up getting us 3 points.
