I would imagine so, United have spent vast amounts of time being rubbish, but then so have City.

Seems like United are doing all they can to protect Maguire. Can't remember the last time I saw him interviewed which, given as he's the captain, is extremely strange. I mean, they could take him out of the limelight and improve their starting xi in one fell swoop, so wondering why they aren't doing that. I can understand the frustration their fans have with Gary he protected his mate Ole and just making excuses for them. Whether the roof of Old Trafford is leaking or not the investment in transfers has still been acceptable for them to compete at the top. They've just pee'd their money away on the wrong signings with no direction.
