I dont really think its got a lot do with how the oil rig and the victims are doing tbh , its more to do with how we are performing ourselves we have been very poor especially last season was awful , the football was dreadful and the spirit of the team and organization was dreadful . i hope ten hag can give us our pride back and get the club moving forward despite our parasite owners , we have no divine right to success and what others do we cannot control , they have better teams than us at the moment and we need to concentrate on ourselvesI was thinking recently, what must being a Man United fan really feel like right now, especially a 30-something 90's kid Man United fan like I would be
Honestly, though it would be galling to be seeing Liverpool and City do so well, at least I'd have plenty of happy memories to fall back on
I don't think I'd be going OTT and protesting etc
But then again regular success is something I can only dream of as an Evertonian, so maybe I'd have a different view if I'd grown up with my club winning stuff all the time only now to have it taken away?
It's like how James say in Sit Down, "If I hadn't seen such riches I could live with being poor"

He would have got slaughtered in 95/96 as well for playing the Class of 92, even more than he did at the time (Hansen's view was the majority view at the time)
Ferguson was one of the rarest of managers in that he backed himself and he usually got it right
With chairmen being more trigger happy and managers being less risk averse, I don't think we'll ever see a Class of 92 winning the double in 96 scenario ever again

Ferguson won 38 trophies at Utd.I think you are spot on.
I hate to say this, but Klopp is probably one of the few managers who has a touch of the Ferguson.
Are you talking about us Evertonians who can actually remember when we were a force in the 80s? To some extent, it's why so many fans are frustrated.I was thinking recently, what must being a Man United fan really feel like right now, especially a 30-something 90's kid Man United fan like I would be

Klopp has won 3 plus an asterisk at the RS it the faintest of touch it would seem.
