We’ll see. Their midfield is going to need a redo again in two years with Casemiro annd Erickson both past their prime, and it’s not easy to get right. They could go either way.

Casemiro looks an inspired singing and getting a tune out of Rashford was key. Can see them finishing 3rd easily. Maybe even second if Arsenal collapse.

I dont even think we played that well last night probably because EFC put a good shift in , score line flattered us a bit , we are making progress though and ETH has done really well in 6 months, big games coming up against city and arsenal in next few weeks , that will tell us where we are and whether we can challenge

A big game tomorrow here in sunny Manchester we have done very well in last few games without being outstanding and not entirely convincing but we need to step it up tomorrow against city who have not been on top form but are still a better team than us , but they have not been in top form and their away form is not totally convincing , i think it will be a close game and maybe a low scoring game , we need to stop haaland and de breunye but impose our game and have a real go at city , i am hopeful we can do better than recently against them
