Dont understand buying Utd for £5 billion when you could buy an Everton/Leicester/West Ham for £500-800 millions and spend £500 millions in transfer fees/doped sponsorships and have a CL challenging club for a fraction of the price.
Glamour, Glory, Boasting, mine's bigger/better than yours...a team that going to be...
A) Next to a sewageworks
B) Plays in the shadow of another sewage works.

It's nailed on I tells ya, nailed.

feel a bit confused about all this as a United fan for 50 odd years its all a bit disorientating , yeah sure i want us to compete again big time and yes i want the rancid glazers out of Old Trafford but is this best way to about it , frankly speaking no it is nit but it seems the premier league and all clubs are being bought and pawned by mega riich elite gangsters , i think the wqhole thing again is about power , money and influence i mean the super league is a rotten idea and conc ept

Has been for years now why im not arsed if we do go down we'll never win a PL title, FA Cup or finish top 4 again without a gulf state buyout so why care what league we play in ?
The same reason people are buying clubs: prestige and entertainment. While I appreciate the point, I want to see Everton being the best they can be.

We may not win the PL any time soon, but to challenge for domestic cups or Europe you really need to be in the PL; you get to watch the best players.

For the price of my season ticket, I'd much rather see us playing the likes of Arsenal and co., rather than Leyton Orient or Stoke.

The price of your season ticket do you want to see us get whooped most weeks playing dross football ?

The only joy I get from going the game these days is the social element of it. The game itself often tends to be the bleakest part of the day lol

The whole "im done if we go down" brigade baffle me - we're crap regardless and always will be under the current "fair" rules in place.

Why would he leave his boyhood club to go abroad? English players never work out in La liga. Look at michael owen, Beckham, jonathan woodgate... Lineker you could argue was the only real successful Englishman in La Liga. Rashford is beloved at united and is becoming a rapid superstar. Hes only 25 and has about 6 years of prime football years in him.

I'm not his agent mate. I just said I'd like to see him there. I'd also like to see Margot Robbie in my bath. Write an essay about that.
