You're right it's not the same.

If you don't wear a seatbelt, you're only endangering yourself.
Not true like, if your sitting behind someone and not wearing your seatbelt you'll smash into the back of them and seriously hurt them too, i guess the point Dave is making.

Not the same as putting something your not comfortable with in your body though.

Please post more stuff about your feelings, how you always do the right thing, and how everything affects you.

I love reading about this stuff on the place I come to see idiots argue about Ev. Thanks.

But Dave was talking about the driver and is now twisting this awful analogy to fit.

Vaccine= Good.
Anti-vaxxers= Bad.

Sweet, now let's move on.

His post is very typically an anti vax mentality ignoring logic, nobody has ever said people with strong immune systems are at risk. A 31 year prem player will have a decent immune system. They just can’t grasp masks and vaccines are to protect people with poor immune systems

I foolishly assumed that the Club would have ensured all the Players and staff were vaccinated months ago.

It's the only thing a responsible Club can do if you are asking for games to go ahead during a Pandemic

It's not madness that people think like that, it's rational.

The irrationality belongs to those who believe they should be able to mingle amongst people they pose a threat to in their non-vaccinated state.

That you see the majority who are trying to help themselves and others by getting the jab as the problem speaks volumes for you.

It is madness, the reason being is that people have died or become seriously ill from having the vaccine.

My wife and I have been double jabbed and luckily have had no side effects, unfortunately, people we know have either had family members become ill with life changing effects, or in one case has died.

The irrational part is when people feel that they can force vaccines upon other people, without consequence as to what reaction that persons body might have from the said vaccine all because they were fine when they had it.

The rational thing to do would be to bring in protocols to limit the spread of covid, with regular testing being carried out. You can still spread covid even after having the vaccines, so having them does not mean you would not have to be tested; much like we have to be in my workplace.
