We need a striker surely once we have money, but our wings are crying out for a real winger and central defense isn't exactly in good shape.

I have no desire for Fernandes to return now that Fellaini is establishing himself as a dominant central midfielder.

I agree about the center half, and even if Duffy steps in, we're still short of bodies.
Regarding a striker though, we only have Yakubu really who is likely to be around for a while from the senior striker list.
Jo isn't ours, and Saha may not stay after this season, and even if he does, his age is a problem where trying to stay fit and injury free is concerned.
Yes, we have Donovan, but again, only short term, and our young strikers, Vaughan included, are still learning their trade.
Another striker in his mid 20's would be nice.

To complete the jigsaw, a backup goalkeeper, and a backup left back would be cool, but a winger doesn't seem to be in Moyes' target sights just yet.

Id say were pretty sorted up front, unless Moyes decides to go with the 4-4-2 at some point.

Short term by the looks of it, hence why there's a pressing need to address other areas of the team.

Haven't seen the ACN, think Nigeria are playing tomorrow so might look out for it.

A fit and flying Yakubu would be a massive boost for the second half of the season, here's hoping.
