2019/20 Marcel Brands

'The Everton Manifesto' sounds like something Bill Kenwright would dream up and Marcel Brands would talk about at an AGM, I feel you three are more alike than you'd want to admit.
The 6 point January 25th Manifesto leaves no room for Kenwright or Brands, so...

If you play cards, you play the hand you are dealt, you dream of a faultless result, but ultimately you have the cards in your hand.

I defy anyone to have been better at playing the hand Brands was dealt, you may call it however you want, but ultimately he was left with a bunch of poo on high wages and long term contracts. No matter what you do or say, you still have to face that truth.

So forgive me for not accepting the opinions of PS4 players of whatever the vogue game of soccer management they choose to follow, life sucks and you have to deal with it.

All day, every day, I have people who think they can do my job better than me,all day every day I prove them wrong. For me, read Brands.

Over 80 transfers, whole scouting system changed and 2 managers since he joined the club.

And people still ask constantly what he does at the club.

It's like some of these fans of football (who probably can't and never could be good at football themselves, lacking skill or ability) think Everton have been winning trophies until 2017 and then Brands came in and messed it all up. The man is seriously cool and he will now be able to grow into the job, in a stable way, without the messes of previous seasons to hold him back. He has Ancelotti now. Seriously sad some people want to break Ancelotti and Brands up a few weeks after they've met in a professional way, and seriously mad that these some of these people are in their 50s. LMAO. Ancelotti played with Marco Van Basten at AC Milan and Brands knows people like Van Basten and this is a great thing. Moshiri/Brands/Ferguson/Ancelotti and all those behind the scenes will do their best and it will be good enough. Messed up that people claim to want the best for the club and people of Liverpool and beyond want to destabilise the club and its progress in any way they can online.
