Not surprising that it happens after the games when it is fresh in everybody's memory.
Second full time manager struggling to get this squad to show that they're ready to compete with the top half of the league. This manager actually has had some success so we can fairly conclude the problem lies with the players and Marcel is responsible for bringing them in so he's getting the criticism now and fairly imo.

The problem is I would rather a mixed bag of signings year on year than a whole raft of crap coming in for big money in one season.
Lets get it right - he's unproven out of Holland (hardly a top league) where he was the DOF at one of the big 3 clubs who compared to English clubs spend pennies and are top dogs at poaching talent from teams in and around them. Yes he signed the odd gem but so do all DOF's heck Walsh signed Gueye for £7 million.
People are quick to slate the manager, owner, chairman & players but this fella is bullet proof because he dresses like a Bond Villain.
