Except he actually isn’t. Steve Walsh was a genuine jobs for the boys fraud who went on a club paid trip to Italy that turned out to be just that, a holiday. Brands done the same to Barcelona twice and came back with 3 signings

Delph is very injury prone, the gamble so far isn't working, signed for 3 years
Kean is still a promising young player
Gmbamin has picked up 2 very serious injuries
Sidney is on loan and will be returning to Monaco
Bernard was free, we will make a profit in his sale
Lossl we have never seen, was brought in on a free and will probably go back out for a small profit

I don't consider any of the above mistakes, yet.

He’s an experienced DoF, I get that’s hard for you to understand but he’s far from a fraud. Much like the manager he’s now working with, he’s forgotten more about the game than you or I ever will

Needs a big summer. Have stuck up for him in the past but last summer's business has proven to be truly woeful.

Iwobi - what was he thinking?!
Delph - awful signing
Kean - very disappointing
Sidibe - only a loan granted but has failed
Gbamin - not his fault but what a farce

Even the signings have two years ago, a lot of them haven't contributed enough in the 2 years they've been here. Gomes has blew massively hot and cold. Bernard was handed a massive contract when he's average. Virginia should be the no.2 by now but will obviously never make it.

Either he signs some crackers or he probably doesn't merit an extension.

It’s Silva’s fault that Brands signed crap players? Ancelotti can’t even make them look good so I’m not sure how you’re working that one out.

Next season is a season too many for a proven disaster of a DoF.

I think he’s forgotten a lot of the game really. You’d have to to sign all the crap he has.
