Even Sky Sports have now conceded it was indeed £40m, it shows up as £40m on their Everton in’s list.

It's pretty straightforward in FM17, not sure why Brands is taking so long.

I can have a transfer sorted in FIFA in less than 5 minutes, with the wages agreed and the medical done and the player holding up the shirt and everything. FFS Marcel pick up the pace here.
