Well he’s probably done the signing of the window so far (Gomes) it’s blatantly obvious nothing with Zouma could happen until they had a manager.

Most clubs only came back this week for pre-season and a lot of business won’t get done while the players are on their holidays, so I would expect it to start now. Judge him on his starting 11 for the first game of the season and see if we are stronger than last season, I am very confident we will be..

I said name a successful team where the manager did everything. Ferguson obviously had a hand in it but you can’t say he did everything.

As a manager i do think he did everything, im pretty sure he had admin staff and a board, but apart from that i think he was spinning all the plates at Utd. I think we had a similar model under Moyes and Arsenal pretty much did the same with Wegner.
