So the bar is not unreasonably high. He just needs to get into gear and sort this.

Not by me he wouldn't. And I;ve said so before.

A one in three games GS coming into a team with one in four games GS is an upgrade.

So, the bar is set at a reasonable level. I expect that standard or better in the next three weeks.
