Stoke are one of the wealthier sides in the premier league. How they doing?

If the top sides would be successful without a dof then why do they bother having one?

The best sides in the world know that you should let the managers deal with the team on the pitch and concentrate with the football. By letting the dof deal with the off pitch side of the game.

How many sides have won anything in the last 10 years without having a dof? Wigan? Only one I can think of.

This tired outdated way of thinking is the reason why people like pardew and Hughes keep getting jobs and this league is so full of crap. It's embarrassing really.

David Moyes had a room full of players names and photos and stats on the wall and it went down from top players to lesser players, it consists of everything from age/goals/experiences to character and personality and combat ability to Everton. That why he got the Divering Dave title

I remember that interview alright, I’d say it was mre to do with not wanting to blow the 50p transfer budget we had!
 


Hopefully all has been agreed and his getting a couple of weeks holidays before taking over the complete and utter car crash that we have become ;-( He'll need to go through all the senior, u23 and youth players and see what can be done with them and who needs to be booted out of the place , then look at the coaches and what can be brought in as we need him to be a professional first and all this some poor ex blue needs a job needs to be got rid of :) For all the great work EITC does, the football side of things need to be run ruthlessly and professionally and our community/charity work should'nt be involved in the sports side
