That was the one thing that felt not quite right in our then, pursuit of Koeman.
But because we were all still giving Moshiri every benefit of the doubt at that time, we were all relaxed about the situation.
If he has not signed on by Monday which would universally be accepted as being after the weekend, the forget him, he's not interested and probably wanting something better, you know, like Koeman was expecting Barca to rack up!

Unfortunately so. Easily remedied though by giving these people a week or two to decide. If they don't want then we will move on. It is one thing trying to get your top targets but if he does decide to eventually come we have basically lost a whole transfer window and therefore season with late panic buys. If it is true we were after a new DOF, he should have been here in March laying the groundwork for now to get the manager in that will utilise the players brought in best.
Honestly we may as well shut up shop til after the window else we will just be bringing in players that don't fit our management team and probably waste another 50 million on nowt.

difficult decision to leave usually means leaving imo, unless there's a u-turn right at the end. If he didn't want to leave he'd probably have decided no straight away.
