I think Sam knows he going and that’s why he’s on the wind up. The things he says get more stupid every time. The winning the fans over at home games and the minority quote again, when it’s clearly more. Brands is probably coming as well but we will see.

Sam namedropping Brands is as clear as it gets, when Moshiri provided him with ‘clarity’ it probably included letting him know there would be a new big dog in the house. Only way Sam will be here come next year is if every single manager on our shortlist rejects us. You don’t bring in a man like Brands, and pair him up with a dinosaur.

Everton have made contact with PSV Eindhoven. Allardyce would not elaborate on how he sees any potential relationship with Brands unfolding but he did point out that all clubs now need Technical Directors to ease the burden on managers.
'Before Marcel Brands comes in, our position has to be the right flow for all departments to get to make the right decisions,' said Allardyce.
