To be honest ...Morishi being a businessman would NOT allow leaks into his business structure unless he wanted people to know!
I would be Very Surprised if all this wasn't already put into place in theory ready to go when PSV Eindhoven are ready.
As for the manager situation....It depends whether it fits with the Everton /Bramley Moore project timescale.

Sam and BM arnt linked

Think your other points valid

I think what I am trying to say is..Sam was brought in to save what looked like a desperate situation (For this season Only??)
So Is Morishi going to Change the manager now (If he can that is )....Or wait ?
He’s going to change

Sam namedropping Brands is as clear as it gets, when Moshiri provided him with ‘clarity’ it probably included letting him know there would be a new big dog in the house. Only way Sam will be here come next year is if every single manager on our shortlist rejects us. You don’t bring in a man like Brands, and pair him up with a dinosaur.

God forbid Brands has indicated he wants to work with Allardyce. It wouldn’t surprise me that he’d be the subservient kind who doesn’t want to rock the boat. I spend a lot of time in Holland and all the friends I have there have good football connections - mainly with Roda and VVV. Their take is that Brands is very, very conservative and PSV suits him....they don’t see him as someone who could roll into a big Premier League club and make significant changes. I know virtually nothing about him but these Limburg people do....Eindhoven is on their doorstep.
Brands himself has nothing to lose....move to Everton and excel and that puts him in the spotlight all across Europe. Move to Everton and have minimal impact and he’d stroll back into any job in the Eredivisie.

The one thing Moshiri has shown is that he has no control over communications out of Everton. Allardyce and Kenwright are complete loose cannons. Just the other week Allardyce was calling out our marketing director, he’s called out our medical staff, Kenwright has said players are staying (unlikely if new manager or DOF). Nothing is on message at Everton. I doubt Moshiri has cued an outgoing Allardyce to name drop Brands. Rather Sam has opened his big gob on a deal that’s still not been agreed. Hopefully it’s not go out detriment.

I've spent the last year working in Rotterdam and have quizzed my Feyernoord / Sparta colleagues about Brands. They've all said good things based on their (admittedly limited) knowledge of him, and think he'd be comfortable with the step up to the Premier League. He can't do any worse than what we have at the moment in all honesty.

..I think much will depend on whether the person he wants is available. I doubt he’d want to go through the debacle that was the transition from a Koeman to Allardyce.

He is obviously getting used to doing things the Everton way as its taking so long but I guess still more likely than no he'll come here.

He has had loads of time to indicate otherwise.

Obviously the lawyers drawing up contracts at Everton must work on a full moon only or something.
