If he joins just hope he doesnt sign a load of players from the Dutxh league as more often than not they struggle to adapt to the physicality of the prem.

I've always thought aswell the DOF needs to be in the door months before the window if they come from a club like PSV as surely they'v been scouting the sort of players PSV can attract/afford whereas we will need him after a higher calibre of player
