He wears tailored suits, it’s a yes from me.I’d never heard of this guy, but have now read three sentences about him.
It is absolutely imperative that he’s at Goodison next season.

Just find it dead weird that the Bundesliga is often completely overlooked both for players and managers/DOF even tho that's what they excel at. And the football is pretty similar to what the Premier League style just with a lot more technical players.
My number 1 choice for the role is Ralf Rangnick - currently at Red Bull.
He has done exactly the job we want a sporting director to do.
Built arguably the best network of scouts in Europe (Mane and Keita for example), has turned Red Bull Salzburg youth team into the European Champions and taken the first team into Europa League quarter finalists. RB Leipzig into CL challengers, playing great football along the way.
He has put his trust in picking up the best young coaching minds around. He hired some unheard of bloggers who wrote about tactics, put them into his technical staff, got them their coaching badges and trusted them with the U18 side. They beat Benfica in the youth CL final and play technical/tactical football with great speed.

It is Davek we’re talking about RoydoBut that would make no sense.
But carry on.
true but if they are world beaters for us does it matter?Sick of taking players who have failed at United tbh.

was thinking more Howard or Kanchelskis but yknowLike Schneiderlin, for example
We are 7 weeks or so from the end of the season. These decisions should have been made 7 weeks ago, if not 7 seven months ago.
If Walsh is going (and he should) we certainly won't be moving on a manager until his replacement is insitu.
Clock is ticking. 6 weeks of exploratory talks and negotiations with PSV whilst those around and above us move on their targets in the background will effectively mean we write off next season too.
New DOF and a new manager both by mid-April please. Anything else is surrender.
