I still have no idea if he and Silva speak. All he had to do was ask Silva, "so what kind of football are you planning on playing this year" to which he would have told "lots of balls from the flanks".

Injuries and selection both play a role and the players that brands have selected have not got a big run of games

The ones that have
Mina, digne and Gomez have and they more often than not look the part.

So yes I find it silly to even begin throw brands under any sort of bus.
