Gbamin and Delph were a poor replacement for Gueye; Iwobi was / is no improvement on Walcott; Kean is worse than Tosun.

Brands is supposed to be moving us forward not backward.

Delph is not a replacement for Gana, he’s a backup. Iwobi isn’t a replacement for Walcott, either. How can you know so little about players?

If you ever ask Dave about who we SHOULD bring in, you’ll never get an answer because he doesn’t watch or know enough about the players to tell you. He only watches English football and not even that much of it. He wanted Rondon.

It's his job to get out there and identify them. He just accepted the what was available off an agent looking to shift a troubled player out of an elite club.

Probably but we needed someone to score goals now not someone who might in 2/3 years.

How would anyone know if he's a goal scorer? He doesn't play.
