Genuinely? Yeah. I said that in the summer as well. Our CM options were terrible last year and we were simply one injury or suspension away from having at least one of them back in.

Let's just ignore the rest and focus on the CM part tho.

Hes been crap at addressing positions we are short in. He did it last year with our CBs, he has done it again this year.

He’s brought in Gbamin Gomes Delph Allan Doucoure James, so that we didn’t have to ply Davies and Siggurdson. It not his fault that 4 of them are injured.

So you think Gomes in his current form Delph in his current form are even remotely passable for a midfielder?

And why on Earth do you have James there? Might as well out Iwobi there too since neither play in the midfield at all.

The question is how do we get rid of the rubbish and stop buying the rubbish to replace the rubbish.

I literally addressed the rest below it. Also thinking we were signing 4 centre mids in one window shows the level of delusion some fans are at.

He's played Kenny at left wing and Nkounkou in a couple cup matches and then had played others in their position to make sure neither have played again

You're out of your mind if you think playing Nkounkou in one legit match where nobody passed to him or Kenny in another match is adequate cover.

Well I never saw anything wrong in any of Nkounkou’s appearances and Kenny is no worse than Coleman really. We need a new starting RB however as none of us are privy to what goes on in the club we don’t know if this is somewhere Carlo is happy with for one more year.

I mean, that's my entire point. Either Carlo is happy with the players there but just refuses to play them for whatever reason or Brands has failed to get him adequate backups/replacements, no?

We allowed Kean to go away without any replacement at all and basically praying DCL doesn't get hurt. Is that the Director doing his job? I would have thought that Kenny and/or Nkounkou would have been adequate but apparently Carlo doesn't.

If he doesn't add 2 first team players in January and if he doesn't what is the point of him, he will have clearly shown he can't do what he has been brought in to do, he has had since the window shut to understand what every person should know, get us the players that would help us challenge the top 4.

He has to do what everyone should expect, he's had enough time, we all know where we'd fall short coz of squad depth, he should have that corrected in January, if he does that he gets a pass from me, if he does what i think he'll do he goes straight in the bin.
