If he is sacked by Moshiri it will be more clues that the current manager will be here for a good while yet. If Kenwright goes with him, i don't foresee a change of manager anytime soon.

He hasn't signed one championship player (Godfrey had been a PL player the season previous)

I don't understand how we are going to improve when we ignore the source of the best recruitment we have done this century.

Edit: I suppose Begovic was a championship player, so I mean outfield players.
Begovic :p

EDIT: Lossl and King too. Also Branthwaite was League 2, so not strictly championship but still.

EDITEDIT: I agree with your general point btw, there's plenty of young, hungry players ready to step up from the championship.

We will improve if this happens on its own. The mediocrity throughout the club is all on his watch. How he’s still around now is utterly baffling.

Not just that, was given three additional board roles in the summer just gone. I'm fairly certain those new appointments were a sweetener for completely blind-siding him with the Benitez appointment and to keep him here.

Which I why I find these reports funny. They don't bother doing research or know the club.

Some ITKs are stating that there's an internal power struggle - Moshiri/Benitez Vs The rest

This does not excuse the poor management of Bentitez, look at the team selections (e,g. Rondon), the tacics, the subbing (or lack of it).

It doesn’t, but the other options were Tosun or a youth team player. That has stemmed from poor recruitment, which is due to having a very mediocre DoF, who took over from another very mediocre recruitment manager, in Walsh. The club has a lot of people in important positions, who are crap at their job, which is why the club is so poorly run and has been for a long time.

Everything comes down to Moshiri, he’s the owner, he oversees everything at the end of the day.

Brands and Everton has been a made mince all round, appointing him to the board was even more bizarre.

He needs to cull everything, if he wants to save his face at Everton, that means DOF, Chairman, CEO, staff and start again, because it’s not working and it’s never too late to say “I got it wrong, time for change”.
to quote C S Lewis: 'You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending'

Will be interesting if true. Kenwright and Brands in one corner vs Moshiri and Benitez. If I have to guess, the owner will win. Haha

And yet,
Moshiri sits in Monaco.
Benitez sits in FF...surrounded by everyone he needs to sack...except Bill who's in London and above Benitez's pay grade

I truly wish Moshiri made this managerial appointment with a bigger plan to revamp the club than to stay in the Premier League while BMD is built. One can dream...
