An empty suit with stuffed pockets, this fella. He's now unquestionably part of the problem. The thing is, there is no point blaming Brands - Moshiri thought he was worth putting on the board and a contract extension. This is, therefore, all on our "benefactor".
 

No chance. He’ll be having the usual folk blowing smoke up his arse (probably use a vape this time) at the next AGM.

You never know tho he and the club might surprise us in a positive sense. I hope so
 
Cannot believe they gave him a new contract. I also can't believe he actually signed it given that he probably had a very good idea about the final constraints he would be working under (even though that problem is partially of his of own making).
 

Stated this when Grealish left Villa, I was impressed with the honesty and the statement about that their ceo made (I think that’s who it was anyways).

i would LOVE, but we won’t get it, a honest interview from Brands which outlined our position our summer and what has gone wrong.

The negligence to not get another right back in, is bad enough - but the forthright planning through the club, squad and management is just atrocious.

I badly wanted brands to be a success… I’ve been on the fence this last season, but it’s gone a bit far now.
